Between the Sky and Earth- Grounding in Art & Nature Workshop

Inspired by the Arabic expression “between the sky and earth,” this intimate workshop with artist Nuha Moretz and psychotherapist Kate Hubrich explores the emotional space of transition—the uncertainty, pause, and possibility that exist in between life’s moments.

Through mindfulness, reflection, and creative expression in nature, participants will explore grounding practices, reconnect with inner sources of hope, and translate personal reflections into calming, minimalist horizon paintings. For more information and tickets
